Q: What type of frame will be fitted to my painting?

A: Most paintings that we offer on our website come fitted with a wooden frame. Some paintings are also fitted with a slip. Click here to see an Example. To find out if your painting will come fitted with a frame, please see its description to the right of the image.

Q: Is the cost of shipping included in the price of the painting?

A: No. All prices are exclusive of the delivery charges. Delivery charge will be added on at the time of payment.

Q: How do I pay for a painting?

Most of the paintings displayed on our website can be purchased online by clicking the payment button which will open a secure page for you to provide all relevant credit/debit card information. Alternatively you could send us a fax or call us on +44-(0)20-8518-5169 and provide the following information:

2. Cardholder's Billing Address
3. Post/Zipcode (Optional)
4. Country
5. Contact Telephone or E-mail Address
6. Description of Goods to be Purchased

Q: Is the painting going to be insured?
A: YES. All parcels are fully insured when in transit. Q: Who is going to deliver my painting?
A: We use Federal Express International Priority for international deliveries and Parcel Force Worldwide for deliveries made to the United Kingdom.

Q: How soon will I receive my painting?

A: Assuming you pay by a credit card you can expect to receive your painting in 3 working days following your payment. Sometimes the delivery time will be affected by Customs Clearance delays. Payments by cheque result in extra 4-5 days delay after the time your cheque is received by us, as we must have cleared funds when shipping.

Q: What if I don't like the condition of the painting or colours of the digital image of the painting do not match the colours of the original?

A: We work very hard to make sure that the images that we place on our web site are very close to the original painting. Prior to an image being uploaded to our servers, the file is tested during different times of the day so we can provide our customers with a true representation of the original. Though we feel it has to be mentioned that all monitors are different in quality and settings making that same image look different on other monitors. 98% of our customers, that have bought paintings through our web site, have been satisfied with the quality of their paintings. If you are not satisfied with the painting, we offer a 100% refund on all orders minus the shipping costs. Please have a look at our Terms & Conditions for further details. You will have 24 hours to evaluate the condition of the painting after it has been delivered to you.

Q: What credit/debit cards do you accept?

A: We accept Visa, Mastercard and Visa Delta cards.

Q: Could I pay in my home currency?

A: At the moment we accept payments in US Dollars, Pounds Sterling and Euro.

Q: Who will charge my credit card?

A: Paintings sales will be charged to your credit card by us - Rodan Enterprises. "Secrets of Buying Art" report will be charged to your credit card by CLICKBANK/KEYNETICS.

Q: Is it secure to pay by credit card online?

A: We believe it is very secure. The software that we use is based on SSL (128 bit) security protection, making it virtually impossible for anyone to see your transaction.

Q: I don't want to pay using my credit card, are there any other methods of making a payment?

Yes. We accept cheques/cashiers checks, bank transfers and international money orders. Please keep in mind that we need to have cleared funds to proceed with shipping your order.
